What a recipe needs and where to get it, collectables worth turning in, and when timed nodes and fish are up.
Look up a recipe
/xiv recipe search tells you everything about a recipe: level and stars, durability, difficulty and quality, the craftsmanship it suggests, and whether it can be high quality or quick-synthesised. Each ingredient says where it comes from: another crafter, a vendor (with the shop, zone and currency), a fishing spot, or a mining or botany node with its coordinates and spawn times.
If you’ve saved a character, the reply also shows the cheapest place to buy the item on your data centre. The footer names the master recipe book it needs.
Plan a crafting session
Add up to 10 recipes with /xiv recipe add, then use /xiv recipe list to see them together, each with its ingredients and where to get them. Take recipes off with /xiv recipe remove. Your list belongs to your Discord account, so it’s there in every server.
Looking for something to make? /xiv craftables shows the highest item-level tradeable crafts in a market board category, with their stats and ingredients. Use the menus under the reply to open a recipe, or the recipe for one of its ingredients.
Collectables
/xiv collectables lists the collectables for a crafting or gathering job and level range, with the collectability you need for each reward tier and the scrips and experience each tier gives. For gatherers, it also says where and when each item spawns, with a countdown. Sort by level, or by time to see what’s up next.
Timed nodes
/xiv node search finds where an item is gathered: a map with the nodes and nearest aetherytes, their coordinates and, for timed nodes, their Eorzea spawn times with a countdown.
Keeping track of several legendary or unspoiled nodes? Add up to 10 with /xiv node add, and check /xiv node watch when you plan a gathering run. It shows when each node is next up, in your own time.
Fishing and weather
/xiv node fish shows where to catch a fish, including spearfishing spots, the weather now and for the next two periods, and the fish’s in-game notes.
/xiv search weather forecasts a zone for the next six weather periods, each eight Eorzea hours (23 minutes 20 seconds), with the real time each one starts.
Custom deliveries
/xiv search deliveries lists every custom delivery client, where to find them, and the level and quest that unlock each.
